If I could give negative 5 stars I would.
I should have known it was going to be a bad experience when the receptionist was rude and cold. Then the assistant that weighed me and took my blood pressure was practically hostile in her demeanor toward me. Then Dr. Poncy came into the exam room with an attitude and a chip on her shoulder. She didn't even ask how I was, said she would no longer prescribe my medicine and that I should go to the "age management" doctor who was prescribing my hormone replacement therapy for any problems I may have.
She treated me like a drug addict for my .5 mg per day of Xanax and low dose ambien for my insomnia. I have never been so insulted or treated in a less caring manner. I can't believe this lady has any patients whatsoever. I can't imagine paying to be treated like that. I will never go back there and will not refer her to anyone foe their healthcare.
