The shop owner is RUDE! I went by there to see if a pair of heels could be saved and as I explained to him what happened he throw my shoe down and said "I don't want to fix" instead of just saying that he couldn't fix my shoe. He then walked away leaving me standing there in the middle of my sentence. He is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend his service.
