When I first went dress shopping I went during the week when it wasn't crowded and was much nicer. I worked with Jessica and she was amazing. Helped pull specific dresses I had pictures of as well as some she thought I'd like. Found the perfect dress and ordered it. On the down side when I came back to pick up they seemed rushed and rude and didn't help at all with ideas how to bustle it or store it or anything. The consultant was Sam and she seemed irritated and rude. After all that money it's very disappointing. Hoping my alterations person can show me some ideas.
