Poor quality, increasing prices, and immature attitude. We hired Q Construction (John & Allan) to take over a large home remodel project. Within the first 2 weeks the prices had gone 20-25% above their projections and they continually claimed certain items were not part of the bid. In addition, within 1 day of having tile laid our tiles cracked in 2 separate locations, grout was cracking, and they damaged many parts of our kitchen during construction. I'd avoid them at all costs. We ended up firing them, withholding payment for the work they refused to perform, and have hired a new contractor. What a nightmare.
