This is suppose to be a compassionate place, but if you raise a fuss, or want to adjust the classes, or heaven forbid want to change your housing, you're called in, questioned, ridiculed, and threatened with the "free gift of housing" (Housing is a gift, insurance doesn't pay for it, or so we're told over and over and over. You can be asked to leave anytime.). You can't talk to your primary counselors about topics, even if its bothering you physically and mentally. And if the staff is causing you physical or mental distress because of different reasons, forget getting any consideration. You come into this place wounded, looking for help, compassion and understanding, and the counselors understand but don't even think to get any compassion from the administration or housing staff. And if you want to leave, they'll force you to stay because insurance won't cover if you left, and they threaten to charge you for over $1000 if even one class is missed. What a scam.
