We have been a member since 2004. When we joined, you could contact the CU by phone. Now it's all messaging. Leave your number and maybe they will call you back. Why would an "education" credit union have business hours while the "educators" are at work??? The loan officers aren't available in the evenings. Expect a 24 hour delay for any phone call to be answered. Service is terrible and this started about two years ago. Keeps getting worse. more
