Eric Bondurant serviced my unit on Saturday, July 27, 2013 and was friendly and courteous as he did so. Even though it was fairly late in the day, he was alert and attentive to what I had to say regarding the problems I was experiencing. He was honest and upfront about the pricing and gave me his honest opinion about questions that I asked. When he expained the company's service plan to me, I could tell that he is proud of the company that he works for and because of that, I trust him and Gene Love and would and will advise others to contact this company.
