I work for an agency and one of our aides broke a client's table. I first called in April of this year and asked for them to go out and take a look and give me an estimate. I never heard back and I called the client and she said they had been out and was going to come and replace the table. I called in and spoke with the contractor he had the glass cut and was about to finish the work without contacting my agency and giving me the estimate. He then verbally gives estimate I tell him to fax it over and to go ahead and fix the table I never receive the fax or hear back. I follow up with client they also never came. I call again in June three different times and was told the previous guy was gone there was a new contractor and each time he was taking down my number and would return call, has yet to be done. This is a multi- million dollar agency and I received very bad customer service and in turn have given bad customer service trying to fix my client's table. Very unorganized,unprofessional and poor communication.
