Been a customer since the early 90's and just returned a few years ago to find a new owner. Had some work done with no problems until I called about a failing ballast in an HID kit that I purchased.I was willing to purchase a new one even if the warranty had expired but after 3 messages and 3 calls to the owner Mike directly no response.I don't always believe the reviews I read until I see for myself,well I have. I wouldn't expect this kind of service from the owner. more
