Crimson Ridge delivered flowers to my mom. When I spoke to my mom the day after she said the flowers were wilted, faded colors, wrong vase, and carton it came in was dripping wet. I called Crimson and they said they would send another flower delivery to her that day. Spoke with my mom again, and once again they had sent wilted flowers. Maybe they thought that because I live out-of-state and my mom lives in a retirement home, they could get away with bad service. Never again will I use this place!!
