Tim did an excellent job with my semi-annual maintenance check. He arrived on time, was neat, professional, pleasant & also had patience with a homeowner who asks a lot of questions! The job was completed in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction. I will definitely be renewing my annual maintenance contract with Universal/ARS.
