They should not even get 1 start. They say their turn around time is less than 2 weeks. Well it took nearly 2 months to get my order. By the time it was ready. My event had already passed. I had called several times & followed up by email. Each time they said they had to check with the vendor. I then went to the store and the husband was there. I asked him about my order and he actually tried to act like he wasn't there & hide in his office. When he finally came out he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Then the wife called and said "We have part of your order ready". By then, it was too late. I had to pay extra to order through another company and have my order rushed.
