Wonderful, caring staff and doctors. I have been with Drs. Keith & Michele for nearly 17 years and they have taken wonderful care of my pets. They take time with each client - I don't feel like I have had drive thru pet care. They have always been thorough in the pet exams, answered all my questions and concerns. They make it clear to follow up with them if I have any cares or concerns. They are usually quite busy which only serves to reinforce the point that they take excellent care of their clients and many of us know it well. I have never felt like a number and the staff has always been courteous and kind. We would all do well to remember to treat others as we would like to be treated. A smile does wonders!
