I have visited the Lia Honda service center here and there over the years and have found that they consistently pressure customers into un-necessary service and repairs! The most recent incident I had with them pushed me far beyond the point of ever returning there and I wouldn t advise anyone to either.
As my state inspection was close to lapsing they must have believed they really had me in a corner and because of that - came up with a repair that was close to $600, needless to say all I paid was the $21 for them to fail my car s inspection and left. Upon going to a CREDIBLE service shop I learned that (as I suspected) the repair Lia was pressuring me to do was COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY and my new mechanic was more than disgusted by Lia. Not the first time they have tried something like this but the very last time I will ever visit Lia.
