I had a backed up tub and it started to leak water under the toilet. The first plumber I called removed the toilet and tried to open the line. After a couple of attempts his snake got stuck. He then used a camera which couldn't see pass a point under the cement garage floor, going into the house. His diagnosis was a collapsed pipe & it would've cost me at least 10k to dig & replace the broken pipe & fix it back. We called weltman as a 2nd opinion. They sent someone within a couple of hours of placing the request. Jason, the technician was incredible. He spent over 3 hrs working and performed well beyond and above the call of duty. He kept at it until, first we discovered the pipes were not broken, and after, he kept at it until they were all cleaned. It was amazing! We're so thankful to him! Considering what the other plumber charged us for less time & no results, it came at a great price.
