I am so thankful for Mark Herder's office. Yesterday, his staff worked past midnight to finalize my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Mark Herder called me at 6:30 am this morning to give me my case number to insure that my employer would no longer garnish my wages. I am now ready to go to bankruptcy court for my court date, which he also provided to me. Thank you again!
