Hooks remodeling came out to repair our chimney that was leaking. He guaranteed work for 2 years. Not only did he NOT fix the problem, he tore up the brand new roofing without authorization, he refuses to come back out to repair the problem or refund our money back. I will NEVER recommend his services to anyone!!!
