Ted T was fantastic. i called the answering service at 7:30am the Sunday before Christmas. Ted T contacted me within about an hour. Since he had other appointments, he called me a few times throughout the day to give me an idea when he would make it to my house. That was immensely helpful as I had to do ALL my Christmas shopping. When he arrived, he explained to me what he thought was the problem (which doesnt always happen with repair folks b/c I am a gal). He fixed the issue, explained what he did to fix the issue and accepted payment quickly. All around good experience.
