We have been with Bailey Propane for over 20 years, have never had anything but friendly office people and our drivers are always nice and friendly. They have worked with us when we had trouble paying when my husband was ill, I don't know what the other persons issues are but I have a hard time believing what you posted. I'm sure there is another side to the story!!
