I have been waiting more than 2 months for some grill brushes and have not heard from them in over a month. They still have the same grill brush listed on their website which seems very unprofessional since they must realize it is going to take a long time for them to be available. I have always had to be the one to contact me except for the initial contact right away that said they were on back order (which they could have told me before I ordered them). Beware.
