If zero stats was an option, that would be my score. i got one massage at this place and will never go back. It seemed nice enough upon arrival, but I was left waiting for the massage therapist for 15 minutes and she reduced the length of my massage to keep herself on schedule . I couldn't believe it - she is the one who was late and MY service was shortened?! i was charged full price of course!
They have since been calling and leaving messages asking " how are you" and " haven't seen you in a while." So I decided to call back and let them know Why I didn't return.
I called and "Maddie" answered. I told her I was returning their calls and wanted to let them know I wasn't happy with my massage which is why I didn't return. Her response was simply, " OK. I will make a note so we don't call you anymore." She could have at least said she was sorry for my bad experience. Unbelievable. This place is the worst. They obvious don't care.
