I have waited so long for the order to process that I ended up making my own out of the sleeves from an old turtleneck, padding, and velcro. The email response from customer service this morning was very snotty and immature -- really quite rude. Where I expected an apology and maybe even a discount, I received denial and attitude!! And, I'm still waiting for the Dogg Leggs to be shipped.
