I went in three different times, asking for the same haircut, and got three different ones. This last time was the worst. I always ask for a taper starting with a 1 on the bottom and a 3 on top. What I got was a high and tight. I looked ridiculous. The guy didn't follow my easily understandable instructions and did what he thought was a taper, which is completely wrong. These people need a refresher. I don't care how long they've been cutting hair, they need to understand simple terms used these days, which they don't.
