The service is BAD folks. 15 min for drinks, 10 min to order, 20 min to get cold yuck food, 15 min to get the check. The manager... yes the manager was very rude to a customer in front of everyone trying to have a plesant lunch. The waitress (I think her name is Jeenette) was the worst of them all and had the nerve to get into a verbal battle with a customer over some type of juice she was trying to charge the poor girl's son extra for. Shame on the Raven. I won't ever be back. Maybe the wait staff had a bad day, but you don't take it our on people who pay the bills to keep your sad coffee shop running. I actually heard the manage say the girl was threating the waitress, because she said she was leaving a bad tip. Ha-ha. Someone call the cops.... bad service = bad tip.
