Went to HALLEY Inc. based on a friend's referral and we weren't disappointed. On the phone I asked for an inspector with specific background in our type of building (mixed new and old construction). They sent us someone who had already inspected 4 other units in our specific building. He was very familiar with the building and the building manager and even knew about the building construction process. He seemingly caught every little detail. Thanks Halley
