Tom R. came to our house on an electrical service call. Out GFI plug would not reset. Tom immediately thought that the problem was not the plug, but another part of the circuit had a problem. After looking at the outside plugs, he remove the faceplat of one of them and found that there was wet sand inside the wall and was causing the fault. Doing all of this only took 10 minutes.
To prevent it from reoccuring, he double sealed the plug with silicone. He also did the same with another outside plug that was of the same vintage.
Tom was very quick, professional, and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Doing the extra plug without me even asking went above and beyond my expectations.
If I ever have another electrical problem, I will be sure that I ask for Tom again.
