Ricky and Jeremy installed a new air conditioner at my house recently, and they were excellent! Ricky was very professional and informative, and they both cleaned up so well, you couldn't tell they had been there after they left. The next day, Keith came to "solve an issue" for me, and he was so patient and so kind -- and, of course, did a goob job. Kudo's to your organization. I was SO pleased with the product and the work.
