This was the second time we used Blu Sky since we had a somewhat decent experience with them the first time we bought the Groupon last fall. This time, not so much. Our appointment was scheduled and confirmed however no one showed up in the time frame nor called. We when called to inquire we get an answering machine. We re-scheduled for 5/24. When the cleaners arrived, I pointed out my priority items for the 2 hour time frame. The cleaning was sub-par in addition to one of the cleaners damaging an item. We were informed of the damaged item and told that her supervisor would pay for it. To date we have not heard from them at all. We followed up by email but have not rec'd a response. This company does not have good customer service practices and do not take responsibility for and breakage! more
