On 5/5/2012 I was seen my dr.watson and his lpn. After the visit I realized that they had not documented my main complaint that actually resulted in me having complications. I asked them to make the corrections in my medical records. They refused and told me that they would call the police if I did not leave. This was a public disgrace.
