When you need a plumber, it's never "oh, maybe sometime next week," or "whenever you can get around to it." You need a plumber right away and that's why I call Roto-Rooter. They always provide quick, courteous and quality service and this trip to our home in St. Paul, Mn was no exception. They were even ready to come a little earlier than was arranged and had our underground pipe cabled out and the laundry sink pipes put back together in about a half hour. Your plumber was polite and did his job well. My only concern was $229 for about a half hour's worth of labor. That's more than a car dealership would even charge. But as I said before, when you need someone fast, Roto-Rooter is on the spot and ready to go. I guess that is what we're paying for.
