Giving them one star is pushing it. Terrible, Terrible download speeds. My average over the past 3 days has been .08. Nowhere near the 1.5 I'm paying for. Repeated disconnects. Occassionally cannot connect for 2 days at a time. Customer service repeatedly apoligizes but does not fix the problem. Told me it's my fault for watching Netflix movies, that I use too much bandwidth by doing this so my speed with automatically be slower. Not at all worth the money. Looking for a new service provider as I'm typing this message.
