Had Matthew Ryan put in a Timber Tech deck for us two years ago. Work was sloppy, and now we are finding that the posts used for the railing are splitting from the bottom up. We had a "certified" Timber Tech installer review the deck work. The posts were not pre-drilled, which is standard, and that is why they are splitting. Sevreral other issues, including too much caulk used to fill in sloppy cutting and fitting. Very disappointed.. Would definitely not recommend.
