I've used Guy Smith since about 1969. In all the years we have had nothing but honest workmenship. Sure we had to pay a service call once for the service person to come over after hours and turn on out Gas furnace. IT was our fault we turned off the emergency switch by mistake. For those that cry rip off when you had to pay a service fee for their opinion I say SHAME on you. I would bet if your bosses told you to drive to Hampton at 12 am and turn on his heater switch you would say .. and how much are you paying am I on the clock and do I get paid for my cars gas and wear and tear? IF you say you would do it for free then you are really a sad stupid person. I really hate to see companies get bad reviews just because the person writing the review is stupid or an ex employee as is most the time. I own a business and you cant make every one happy. Fact is seem the only people that review any thing is always mostly sad want a free hand out stupid people. The happy people are not doing reviews because they are happy and have time left each day to smile and enjoy life in stead of lookig for negitive things every where they go and with every one they meet. more
