I give one star because I liked Dr. Chatterjee as a person and a doctor, however the rest of the office is terrible. The staff at the front desk are rude and condescending. Asking them to fill out paperwork is like pulling teeth. Every time I call, I feel like I am bothering someone. I called today to schedule my sons 3 yr physical, and Chatterjee is booked out past March 30th...today is February 22nd. I had to book my appointment with a nurse practitioner just to get him on their books. Last December I tried to make an emergency appointment same day because my son was running a 103 degree fever. They wouldnt see him until the following day because he hadn't had the fever for 48 hours. I ended up taking him to the hospital around 11 pm and he had croup. His fever was so high, they had to give him a suppository to get it down fast. He also needed steroids. Poor guy would have been fine by night time if they would have just seen him. OH and they messed up his circumcision when he was born. DONT GO THERE!
