Spent alot of money here and the appliances are high end their sales and delivery department seem OK, but there repair service which use to be great has slipped a few notches.Their repairmen use to know everything about the appliances but it seems now any trouble I have they have to call the factory to get answers.Not what I expected.Hope I dont need to use them in the future.
