Unfortunately there are more uncaring staff there then caring. The caring ones, top notch...but 2 or 3 people are not enough. It seems the staff are doing a job they don't really care about; it is close to impossible to get someone on the phone despite their brochure 'we are always here to talk to you;' and the majority of the nursing and aide staff on the units are rude and could care less about the patients (or their families). Be very wary before putting a family member here. It's a shame because what could be a top notch place seems to be hanging on by a thread (check out the help wanted page for them if you have doubts!).
