Bob Cole's is the only shop I take my Toyota to. The staff is helpful and I have never had any problem with their service or their treatment of my vehicle. I've never been "nickel-and-dime"d for things I don't need and I appreciate their focus on the services I'm in for and nothing else to run up my bill. I've recommended them to several people with imports and will continue to do so.
