When the technician arrived as scheduled, he inspected the existing conditions and explained to us what needed to be done and gave us a written quote. We asked him if a discount was possible. He then called his office. Later, his call was returned with a discount offer. We felt the price was reasonable, and the technician went ahead with the installation.
The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, did an excellent job and kept the place immaculate. We are very satisfied with his work.
