Absolutely the worst!! First I get a bill from a collection agency for who-knows-what procedure that would have been covered by my insurance but they never submitted it. Next they demand I have a coloscopy from an abnormal pap smear but my primary says its more common they take another b.c it was soo minor (aka trying to take my money!) Then I cave - go to have the procedure and the nurse doesn't tell me I need to do a urine test before I use the bathroom and once in the exam room hassles me for cancelling when my mom was hospitalized. The audacity.... I'm disgusted by the lack of professionalism in this office and will never go back.
