I had a total knee replacement in Oct. 2010. I have had about 25 sessions with a PT in my home town Juneau which were very helpful. Then i switched to an orthopedic clinic where i had continued good care. After a manipulation in Dec i had three sessions with an amazing PT in Kirkland. So.... i have been around the block. Oh & i also had several sessions with Gail at Uptown which were vy good. She was a hard worker. BUT my recent three sessions with Sally the owner were dismal. Very disappointing for a person who is highly driven to get my flexion back. Sorry to report this as i had valued Uptown's service in the past. I will not return.
