They are good at preparing your taxes, but their customer service is horrible horrible horrible. Their summer hours are awful. Their servers were down last week and they didn't have a phone. Now I'm at a different location where the lady told me it would be about ten minutes until I was helped. That was 45 minutes ago. Also the phone rings off the hook and nobody answers it and it goes and goes and goes. All I need from these people is a copy of my tax return. I will not be coming back next year.
