I have been coming to Beach Weight Loss since March 2010. This has been an ongoing success for me. I started out weighing 195lbs and I am at a 173lbs. I first started with a diet that consisted of salad with chicken or turkey for lunch and dinner. No soda or juice and just water for about 6-8 weeks. I also had a breakfast shake with Very Vanilla Soy Milk (Silk). After the 6-8 weeks, I relaxed a little but stayed conscious of what I ate and my portions.
