The Roto-Rooter guys did an amazing job. Clean, quick, and thorough. They handled a big mess with a calm demeanor and explained everything they were doing. They didn't add on charges and I paid what they estimated the cost to be. They wore shoe covers and even had wheel covers on the machine they used.
