Had terrible issues with my Acura at another shop. Called Ray Laks ACURA, asked to speak to the Service Manager. Jim is an amazing man to deal with. He listens to the customers problems, and comes up with a solution, keeping the customer in the loop at all times. He is always available, and never rude or discourteous. He talked to me like a person, not a woman knowing nothing about her SUV. I was hesitant because I used to go there regularly and had so many problems that I switched over. LOVE it, LOVE the whole staff there, and the free car wash I get at the end of the service!
