Purchased expensive shoes on the sale rack. Put them on and immediately noticed something wrong. The right shoe was sewn too tightly against the toes, an obvious defective shoe. Attempted to return them less than 30 minutes after purchase and they would only offer me 90% store credit in return. Sure there is a sign that says all sales final, but for defective shoes that they should send back? I would have taken the 90% credit and walked out barefoot, but nope only store credit for refund.
It takes a lot for a store to get on my permanent ban / never shopping again list. Congratulations you're number 4 Plamondon Shoes.
By the way the manager is cleaning them up and putting them back on the rack. She has no concern over re-selling defective shoes. I told her she should send them back to the manufacturer.
