A warning light came on in my Mercedes SL 500 that instructed me to take the car to a workshop. I live 2 hours away from the Mercedes Dealership, but had a doctors appointment in Gainesville that day. I called and asked if they could check my ride. I did not have an appointment and they happily agreed to check my car after my doctors appointment. It was 96 degrees when I arrived at the dealership and I was tired from the long drive and I anticipated a long wait without an appointment. I was
immediately met by a valet who took care of my care for me and asked my name. Immediately Steve, the service assistant came out to meet me and took me inside where it was cool and offered me something cool to drink. Steve told me that there was fluid leaking from my car so it woild take time to do the service assessment. He quickly arranged for a curtesy car and I was on my way home. Before I reached home, I was called with detailed information regarding the problems with my car. The car was repaired and when I returned 3 days later to pick up the car I received the same exceptional service. Although RBM is a 2 hour drive for me to obtain service, I will have my vehichle serviced no where else!! Thank you RBM and Steve for exceeding my expectations!
