Frank helped me configure my Panamera. Originally I was told I would have to wait until June, when they would be available in the US, to place my order. However, Frank called about a week later and said that he had been authorized to order one immediately, and was I still interested? I went to the dealship the next day and finalized the deal. I now expect to be able to take delivery in June. Frank was very knowledgeable about the car and was extremely easy to work with. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had in all my 70 years.
