I have been a customer of Cadillac of Las Vegas since 2004. I have worked with Glenda, Vic, Norm, and of course Doug Ellis. I followed Doug from the other store. Doug always greets me by name and he is the only on that I let handle the service on my Escalade. I am on my second Cadillac with Cadillac of Las Vegas. Recently the Escalade was vandalized and the electronics stolen. Doug went above and beyond to find me a replacement unit after he had called Cadilac and there waws a nation wide backorder. As a professional I demand quality service,the same as I give my clients. Doug Ellis affords me that luxury. I highly recommend Doug when you need Cadillac service.
