Good Dentist, Horrible Staff, His staff does not follow through on what they say. Unwilling to deal with there mistakes. They sent my account to collection 2mths after full payment was recieved, and even confronted with the cleared check, unwilling to correct, Melissa is unwilling to give me the office managers name, and has hung up on me because I have voiced my frustration. So now my credit suffers because of their unprofessional, incompetent, rude staff!!!! Wonder if Dr. Reid knows what kind of staff he is employing??? What ashame!
