The hotel itself was pretty much what I expected it to be, but the service I received was excellent. I had left behind a diamond & gold cross necklace after checking out, and called the hotel approximately one hour after checking out & informed the manager. The hotel mailed my neclace back to me, I was so thankful for their cooperation!
